Free Trial

Pro includes a 7-day free trial
No charge until the trial ends
One trial per customer (per person, per household, per payment method)
Cancel before the trial ends: no charge

Billing

Billed monthly on the day your trial ends (your billing anniversary)
Payments processed via Stripe (credit and debit cards)
Email receipt sent for every charge

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime in Account Settings → Subscription with a single click. Clicking Cancel stops your next charge immediately.

What happens when you cancel: 1. Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. 2. You will not be charged again. 3. We do not issue refunds for partial months. The monthly fee is for one full month of access; canceling mid-cycle does not generate a refund. 4. At the end of the period, your account converts to Free. Your data is preserved. 5. You can reactivate Pro at any time. Reactivation begins a new billing period.

Failed Payments

Stripe retries 3 times over 7 days
Email notification sent each attempt
After 3 failures: subscription paused (account and data preserved, Pro access suspended)
Reactivate anytime by updating your payment method
No late fees

Exceptional Refunds

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or extended platform outages. Refunds in those cases are processed within 5–10 business days via Stripe to the original payment method.

Founding Members

First 50 customer accounts get Pro free, for as long as the account remains active.
Founding Member status is tied to the original account and is not transferable. If the account is deleted, the status is forfeited.
90 days' notice before any material change to Founding Member benefits.

Billing Disputes

Email billing@qntm.live within 60 days of a charge. Include your account email and the date of the charge. We will respond within 5 business days. If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer (chargeback) before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
